Catalina Council Forms

(You must use these council-specific forms instead of the generic ones available elsewhere.)

Tour Permits

Catalina Council requires a Local Tour Permit when units leave their immediate area. A National Tour Permit is required for all trips more than 500 miles. Both front and back sides of the permit must be filled out completely, with all the proper signatures. The form should include drivers' names and limits of automobile liability insurance carried. Permits must be received at the council office, 2 weeks prior to the unit's departure. Issued confirmation from the council will be mailed or faxed to the sender. The permit should be in the possession of the group leader at all times and displayed when requested.
