U.S. Scouting Service Project

This site is a great resource. It is not an official BSA site, but they work closely with the BSA and, as they have made the commitment to keeping info up to date, are the only site allowed to publish advancement requirements, Guide to Safe Scouting, etc. They also have "marked up" versions of the documents which let you quickly see the latest changes.
