Rock Climbing/Rappelling Instructor Training Class for Scout Leaders
Get ready for a summer of high adventure by taking the instructor climbing training class offered by the Catalina Council Climbing Committee. Southern Arizona is filled with great climbing and rappelling sites and this training is part of the requirements to take your troop on a climbing activity. A mimimun of two qualified climbing instructors are required for any Boy Scout climbing and rappelling activity. Prior climbing and rappelling experience is desired, but not required.
April 11, 2013 from 6:30pm to 9pm at the Council Office
April 13, 2013 from 8am to 2pm at Double V Scout Ranch
April 19 & 20, 2013 from 6:30pm Friday till 5pn Saturday at Camp Lawton
May 4, 2013 from 7am to 5pm at Camp Lawton
