APPROVAL OF EAGLE
PROJECTS

The District Advancement Committee would like to offer the
following helpful information to Unit Leaders and their
Scouts seeking District approval of proposed Eagle Projects:
l. It is very important that all requirements as listed in
the Eagle Service
Project Workbook be completed in the
order stated.
2. The appropriate signatures must be obtained each step of
the way.
3. Please provide a minimum of two weeks, preferably one
month, prior
to the project start date for approval by the
District Advancement
Committee Member. Remember Scouts,
you need to get the
approval from one of the Old Pueblo District Eagle approval
people before doing the project.
4. It is suggested that Scouts submit their workbooks in a
three-ring binder
and include detailed
blueprints/descriptions, before/during/after
photographs,
and be typewritten to insure legibility.
For the Old Pueblo District, please do not bring an Eagle
Service Project booklet for approval to the Council Service
Center, but call one of the following persons for an
appointment for project approval and signature.
